After impressing us with the powerful and inspirational trailer, the makers of Soorma just dropped the first track of the film titled Ishq Di Baajiyaan. The soulful track showcases the cute chemistry between Sandeep and Harpreet aka Diljit Dosanjh and Taapsee Pannu. All the cute moments of how Diljit tries to express his love to Taapsee is too adorable. Though the second half of the song also showcases Sandeep’s struggle on the field to learn, which is truly inspiring.Ishq Di Baajiyan is crooned by the actor Diljit Dosanjh, while the lyrics are penned by veteran lyricist Gulzar. It is composed by trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. Well, by hearing the track, we must it has the potential of becoming the romantic track of the year.
Talking about Soorma, the film will showcase the inspiring journey of a hockey player, Sandeep Singh, who was seriously injured after being hit by an accidental gunshot in the Shatabadi train, while on his way to join the national team due to leave for the World Cup in Germany two days later. The player was on a wheelchair and paralysed for two weeks. Post the incident, Sandeep not only recovered but also made a place in the national team. The film has been directed by Shaad Ali and also features Angad Bedi in a key role. It is set to hit screens on July 13 and will clash with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anil Kapoor-starrer Fanne Khan at the box office. Anyway, have you guys liked the first track of the film?
