Abbas-Mustan’s Race and Race 2 are super popular amongst the fans in India. For the second sequel, Race 3, Remo D’Souza has stepped in as the director, leaving a few fans furious. The new movie stars Salman Khan in lead role and makes no reference to Saif Ali Khan’s character from the previous two films, the filmmaker revealed to us in an interview. Further, when we asked Remo about how he felt about stepping into the shoes of stalwarts like Abbas-Mustan. The humble man that he is, Remo said, “It was tough to get into Abbas Bhai and Mustan Bhai’s genre.”
“I hope that when they see the film, they will be proud of me,” Remo added. We also talked about various other topics from the viral “Our business is our business” dialogue to the popular shirtless scene featuring Salman with Bobby. He also talked about his two upcoming projects – a dance film with Katrina Kaif and Varun Dhawan and a song in the Dharma Productions’ movie Kalank. (ALSO READ: Exclusive! Talking about Race 3, Remo is very excited about the movie releasing on June 15. It stars Salman Khan in the lead role, along with Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Freddy Daruwalla and Saqib Saleem. The trailer and the songs of the movie are a big hit among the masses. And fans of the actor are eagerly waiting for this Eid release of their Bhaijaan. (ALSO READ:
Talking about the action in Race 3, Salman has said, “Action has to look genuine, believable. It can’t look farcical and we can’t make you laugh. Physically also, it’s a lot of strain and hard work. If you don’t look the part, physically and end up doing unbelievable action, then people laugh at you.”
